Truly Yours has a 7-day return policy.

We have a no refund policy after item has been bought; meaning we will happily replace the product for another size or for a different item, or in the form of a gift card. Please keep in mind that the difference in the amount must be settled before the new product is sent out. 

When returning a product, it has to be unworn and unwashed, returned within 7 days after your purchase, in the same condition in which you received it, with the original packaging; unless arranged otherwise.

PLEASE NOTE:

Please email us when you want to start the process of returning an item. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Unfortunately, sale or discount items cannot be returned.
